Get a Microlearning Example Built for Your Organization

Last updated October 2026

Every example in this library was built by Ninja Tropic, a custom eLearning studio that has produced microlearning, interactive video and CE programs since 2016. If you want something similar for your members, clinicians, staff or customers, tell us what you need and we will point you to the closest examples and a sensible first step.

What does Ninja Tropic build?

Ninja Tropic builds custom microlearning and eLearning: animated and live-action training videos, interactive video, Articulate Storyline and Rise courses, gamified activities, and AI-supported scenarios. We also modernize existing courses and build certification and continuing education programs, delivered as SCORM or xAPI packages that work in the LMS you already use.

We are not an LMS vendor, so our recommendations are not tied to a platform. You can see the range of our work in the featured microlearning examples and in the microlearning case studies, including programs for HPNA, USA Swimming and the We Mean Business Coalition.

Who do we work with?

Most of our clients are associations, medical societies, credentialing bodies, healthcare organizations and nonprofits. We also build customer education and product training for technology companies. Our clients usually have a real expert audience, limited learner time, and a program that needs to show results to a board, a funder or leadership.

If your learners are members earning CE credit, clinicians learning between shifts, patients managing a condition at home, or volunteers spread across the country, you will find comparable work in the association microlearning examples and healthcare microlearning examples.

How does a project start?

A project starts with a short conversation about your audience and the problem, not a sales pitch. From there, most projects move through the same few steps, and we can often start with one module or a prototype before you commit to a full program.

  1. Inquiry. You send a few details through the form on this page.
  2. Discovery call. We talk through your learners, goals, existing content and constraints.
  3. Examples and options. We share examples close to your project and outline two or three format options.
  4. Proposal. You receive a scope, timeline and price for the option you choose.
  5. Prototype. We build a first module or sample for feedback before full production.

For budgeting ahead of that first call, read how much microlearning costs and our step-by-step plan for how to implement microlearning.

What should you include in your inquiry?

The most useful inquiries describe who the learners are, what they need to do differently, and what you already have. You do not need a finished plan. A few sentences on each point below help us reply with relevant examples instead of general questions.

  • Audience: who the learners are and how they will access the training
  • Goal: the skill, behavior or decision the training should change
  • Existing content: slides, manuals, recordings or an older course
  • Format ideas: any examples from this site you liked, with links
  • Credit or certification needs: CE, CME or a credential, if any
  • Timing and budget range: when you need it and what you have planned

Use the form below to send your inquiry. If you have a general question instead, use the contact page.
